Returns
If you want to return an item, you have 14 days from the delivery confirmation date of your order to do so. Please make sure that all items are in its original packaging... kindly note that Mlinejewels has the right to deny a return should it show signs of wear.
The item should be shipped back to the company within this timeframe to be eligible for a return.
Therefore, customers have a 7-day window from the date of receiving the product to contact mlinejewels and request a return. It's important to initiate the return process promptly within this timeframe to ensure eligibility for a return.
We understand pieces may not work out for you and that's okay. When returning...
- All Items (excluding made-to-order pieces) must be unworn and in its original packaging.
- Made-to-order and engraved pieces are not returnable
- Must arrive no later than 15 days (International orders - 20 days) after the delivery date. Returns that arrive after will not be accepted and will be returned back to you. **Please note labels are only valid for 4 days from the day it is issued.**
Return/Exchange Processing Time
Please allow 2-3 business days to process your return. We charge a $6 return/ $4.95 exchange fee.
Please note your original shipping fee and any duties and taxes incurred upon original delivery are not refundable.
Exchanges
An exchange can be made within 30 days upon delivery date. If you would like to exchange, go to the returns/exchange portal and submit your exchange. Return your item(s) with the return label. Once we receive it, we will process your exchange. A $4.95 exchange fee will be included.
- If there is an outstanding balance, it must be paid in order for your exchange to be sent out.
- If the exchange cost less, then it will be issued by store credit.

Store Credit
You may apply for Store Credit within 10 days upon purchase. Once your item is received, we will issue you a Store Credit Code you can apply at checkout. A one time $6 flat fee will be deducted from your return amount.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
